What the tool does

Practical household meal planning for people searching around Ozempic and GLP-1 routines. No calorie prescriptions, treatment plans or medication advice. You are responsible for checking inputs, calculations and AI drafts before relying on or sharing them. The tool is not a medical service, pharmacy, prescription provider or medical device. It does not promise weight loss, savings, resale proceeds or clinical outcomes.

Free tools and AI availability

The core local tool is free. Paid AI packs are not available yet. Free AI access can be limited by shared service capacity, and AI results can still be inaccurate and always need your review.

Your data and use

Keep backups of local work you need. Do not submit content you have no right to use, sensitive medical records, malicious material, or requests designed to abuse the service. We may restrict misuse that threatens the service or other users.

Availability and responsibility
